Rachel Gohel is the founder of Copper State Socials, LLC, a boutique marketing agency established in 2024. With a decade of experience in communications and marketing, Rachel has a proven track record of driving brand awareness and telling compelling stories for local communities and businesses.

Previously, Rachel has shared her expertise on topics such as influencer marketing, short-form video campaigns, and media relations through presentations and workshops.

When she’s not immersed in the world of marketing, Rachel enjoys exploring the vibrant margarita scene in Greater Phoenix, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.

From Leap to Launch: How I did it!

I spent all of my twenties working my tail off creating an incredible career with memorable experiences and accolades for my ingenuity and creativity on campaigns and with partnerships. I wouldn’t trade the life I created for anything, until I did. I had my daughter back in November 2023 and had been given the luxury to step away from my cushy job with all the benefits to stay at home with her. I said to my husband… ‘let’s give a year and see what we think.’

Well, a year came and went so incredibly slow and fast, and my work bug was coming back.. hard, but I didn’t want to give up my time with her, which meant no traditional corporate hours for this mama.

Just a few months before she turned one, I applied for an LLC so I could start my very own social media management agency, offering my services at an astonishing low rate that I, frankly, had too many clients. Waited my three month contract window period, and sent notice of the price increase (included in my initial contracts), and lost HALF of them. A couple more adjusted their project size.

FINALLY, I am afloat. Finding the work / life balance I was looking for while helping small businesses find their voice, share their story and build their brand identity around social media.
